Salsa Too Thick

- salsa
- tomato juice
- lime juice
- cilantro

Why it happened
Overblending and excess pulp create a paste. A little liquid restores the right consistency.
The fix
- 1 stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons tomato juice to loosen
- 2 add a squeeze of lime to brighten
- 3 fold in fresh cilantro for lift
If it's still wrong

- Add diced tomatoes for chunk and moisture.

- Pulse in short bursts instead of blending smooth.
